Home Remedies for Fatigue

These drinks are easy to make and don’t require a lot of ingredients and besides that are beneficial to your health as well. You can drink some tea and add 1/4 of a teaspoon of powdered cardamom. You can also drink a cup of juice that is part grapefruit and part lemon. When you first wake up in the morning, another good juice to make is called a Vermont-tonic. This juice consists of 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of warm water, and 1 teaspoon of honey. Make sure you blend it very well. Sip it slowly until you have finished the entire drink. It is recommended to have this drink every morning before you eat your breakfast.
Nutrition
Eating can help with fatigue. There are certain foods that can give you energy and help fight your fatigue. Eating grapes can give you energy. A lot of people did not know that but they can. You can also try eating dry figs. They are very good, and satisfying. They also have more potassium than bananas have, and more calcium than milk. There is also no sodium, fat, or cholesterol and the content is very high in dietary fiber.
Exercise
Exercise can wake you up. You just have to know which ones to do that will actually boost your energy levels. If you want to try something simple, try sitting up with your arms over your head and your palms facing the ceiling. What you want to do next, is take your right hand and take a fistful of vitality out of the air. This is suppose to be an imagination visualization thing. Do the same with your left hand. After you have done that, take both hands and do the same for both, allowing the energy to flow to different parts of your body. The flow of energy will start from your arms, down to your neck, then finally to your shoulders and chest.
